6:30-8PM Starlight Yoga on November 15th and 6-7:30 PM on December 6th at the McQueen Activity Center
Wednesday
9-10 AM Senior Yoga@ Gilbert Senior Center is an ongoing class/free to Gilbert Seniors (via ZOOM AZCEND and LIVE with group size limitations- Gilbert Senior Center) Mask optional.
Thursday
9:00 - 9:30AM Chair Exercise via ZOOM AZCEND and LIVE with group size limitations is an ongoing class (Gilbert Senior Center). Mask optional.
Friday

GILBERT RECREATION and SENIOR CENTER is located at 130 Oak near Elliott and Gilbert Rd. Baby boomers welcomed, adaptations for wheelchair or chair yoga for those who don't want to or are unable to get on a mat comfortably. First timers check in at the office.
